Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to ensure our clients are provided with on-hand continual support from start to finish. These include the following procedures:

  • Our team receives specifications and power line diagrams from clients.
  • Our electrical engineers work out the optimum design. At this stage, we work with the client to advise on the best components for the application and also provide a quotation for the project.
  • Our sales team corresponds with the client to confirm and approve the design and pricing.
  • Once the order has been placed, our draftsmen use AutoCAD software to create the switchboard layout. Thereafter, they proceed to create detailed schematics of the entire board connections with their labels. A Bill of Quantities and Test Report are also produced.
  • The client is then given the drawings for approval after which we commence the sheet metal fabrication stage.
  • The switchboard is manufactured and component labels are attached.
  • Voltage and Continuity testing is performed to ensure the switchboard complies with current electrical standards and to guarantee the client’s satisfaction.
  • The switchboard is packed with all layout drawings and schematics along with a test report.
